| Q: Will I get an electrical shock when I touch my car? |
| A: The Defender Plus delivers a “pulse” wave signal on your car’s sheet metal which cannot be felt when you touch the vehicle |

| Q: Will the Defender Plus effect or interfere with my radio or vehicle’s computer? |
| A: The circuitry is designed to comply with current FCC, EMC & CE standards. Therefore you will not notice any unwanted static or interference. |

| Q: Will the Defender Plus drain my car battery? |
| A: The Defender Plus draws approximately 9.7 mili-amps of power (less than your clock) from your battery. The unit will automatically detect a drop in battery voltage below 10 volts and is designed to turn itself off to avoid further battery drain. If this should occur, the module will automatically turn itself back on when you start you vehicle. |

| Q: Will the Defender Plus effect anyone with a pacemaker? |
| A: No. This module does not give off any kind of signal or charge that would interfere with a pacemaker. |

| Q: Will the Defender Plus work with spray-on rust proofing? |
| A: With the Defender Plus installed on your vehicle, you do not require spray-on rust coatings. However, if your car already has a rust inhibiting spray, it will not effect the Defender’s performance. |

| Q: Can I transfer the Defender system to another vehicle? |
| A: Yes, you can. The Defender Plus is portable and can be re-installed on another vehicle. |
