Vehicle Model Year and Warranty Duration: The warranty duration period for a vehicle having the following Model Years of 2011, 2010 and 2009 is seven years from the date of installation of the Defender Electromagnetic Corrosion Module.
Vehicle Model Year and Warranty Duration: The warranty duration period for a vehicle having the following Model Years of 2008 is 5 years, 2007 is
4 years, 2006 is 3 years, 2005 is 2 years from the date of product installation of the Defender Electromagnetic Corrosion Module.

Defender Electromagnetic Corrosion Module Rust Perforation Limited Warranty: With the installation of the Defender Electromagnetic Corrosion
Module, TPI Inc. warrants that the grounded body sheet metal panel areas of the roof , doors, quarter panels, rocker panels, wheel wells, engine lid,
trunk lid, floor boards and the frame of the motor vehicle will not perforate (hole) due to corrosion.

In the event that perforation (hole) should occur, then TPI Inc. through the warranty administrator, Warranty Record Center will cause to have the
damaged area repaired or replaced at no charge to the warranty holder, as determined by the Warranty Record Center provided that all the Owner’s
Obligations were adhered to. The product performance warranty on the Defender Electromagnetic Corrosion Module against manufacturing defects
remains in effect for as long as the Defender Electromagnetic Corrosion Module Rust Perforation Limited Warranty is still valid and all the Owner’s
Obligations were adhered to.

Aggregate Dollar Limits on Claims Per Vehicle: 2011, 2010 and 2009 vehicles at the time of purchase of the Defender Electromagnetic Corrosion
Module have an aggregate limit of $3,000 per vehicle for all combined claims submitted during the term of this coverage. 2008, 2007 and 2006 and
2005 vehicles have an aggregate limit of $2,000 per vehicle for all combined claims submitted during the term of this coverage.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO CORROSION PERFORATION ON THIS VEHICLE. ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS APPLICABLE TO CORROSION PERFORATION ON THIS VEHICLE IS LIMITED IN
DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESSED DEFENDER LIMITED WARRANTY. TPI INC. WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME PROVINCES MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. SOME PROVINCES MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS
ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES THE
OWNER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND THE OWNER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM PROVINCE TO PROVINCE. THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS INSURANCE. IT OFFERS LIMITED REIMBURSEMENT FOR CORROSION
PERFORATION DAMAGE.

Defender Electromagnetic Corrosion Module Rust Perforation Limited Warranty Does Not Cover The Following:

  1. Areas not listed.
  2. Owner's indifference, negligence or carelessness in reporting any damage that would be covered within 30 days of noticing said damage.
  3. Owner's or independent installer’s negligence or carelessness in the incorrect installation of the Defender Electromagnetic Corrosion Module.
  4. Any damage that would be covered under the vehicle manufacturer's new car or truck warranty while under such coverage from the manufacturer.
  5. Damages that would be covered under the owner’s home or auto insurance policy.
  6. Loss of time, inconvenience or loss of use of vehicle or other incidental or consequential damages.
  7. Any damage that was visible or should have been visible to the installer and warranty holder at the time this warranty commenced.

Claims Procedure: Proof of Purchase is a requirement of filing a claim.

1. Claims must be filed within 30 days of noticing any damages that would be covered under your Defender Warranty. Proof of Purchase is required
along with a written estimate of the damage from a body shop. Damage Estimates over $500 require a second written estimate from a different body
shop as well as pictures of the damaged area and pictures of the module installation.
2. Claims may be e-mailed to claims@warrantyrecordcentre.com or faxed to (905) 738-6603. The Warranty Record Centre will give you written
authorization to have the repair made only when the claim is approved. As the warranty administrator, the Warranty Record Centre reserves the right to inspect any damage being claimed. Any repairs made on claims prior to receiving written authorization from the Warranty Record Centre will be denied.
Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Company of Canada (head office address: 10 Wellington St. E, Toronto, Ontario, M5E 1L5), has issued a Master Policy to Warranty Record Center Canada Inc., which indemnifies Warranty Record Center Canada Inc. with regards to any losses from the above Defender Warranties. The Master Policy issued by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Company of Canada has certain conditions, exclusions and limitations that apply to all coverages.
